Congresswoman Young Kim represents California’s 40th District, which includes parts of Orange, San Bernardino and Riverside counties, in the U.S. House of Representatives. An immigrant, small business owner, community leader, former California Assemblywoman, mother, and grandmother, Young is proud to be one of the first Korean American women ever to serve in Congress and is fighting to help all Americans have the chance to achieve their dream just like she did. 

Mike Munzing was selected by his colleagues to serve as Mayor in 2024. He previously served the residents of Aliso Viejo as Mayor in 2016 and 2020. 

He also served as Mayor Pro Tem in 2015, 2019, and 2023.

Mike grew up in Orange, Calif. as the youngest of four children and the son of a pastor. He worked full time to put himself through college and holds a BS Degree from California State University, Fullerton with a dual-major in Real Estate Finance and Industrial Marketing.
